Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up and no login. The app opens straight into the content.

Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. The whole A1 deck ships inside the app, so there is nothing to download before you can start.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device only. Nothing you study is uploaded. Because there is no account and no cloud backup, deleting the app deletes your progress permanently, and it cannot be moved to a new device.

Which levels are included?

A1 only. A2, B1 and B2 appear in the level picker marked as coming soon — they have no content yet, and nothing is locked behind a purchase.

Why is there no sound?

Pronunciation uses your device's built-in German voice. If no German voice is installed, the app says so and the toggle is disabled. On iOS you can add one under Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content › Voices; on Android, under your text-to-speech engine's settings.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

Turn off notifications for wieder in your device settings. The reminder is generated on your device — there is no push server, and it is skipped on days when you have nothing due.
